Your company has a long term contract in Lebanon. You are single or married with children. You shall stay in Lebanon for a month or several years. Of course there are fine hotel rooms of different categories with excellent service. But they are not home like. They were built for the transient guests.

Of course you can rent an apartment and furnish it with taste. Buying refrigerators and TV sets are quite easy. What about the curtains and other furnishings? What about the utility charges, stand by generator power supply and cable TV subscription? What about household utensils, chinaware, glassware and accessories? What about housekeeping services? What about security?

What about the furniture and furnishings at the end of your contract period?

At Garden Tower we provide all the facilities you may require in a fully furnished hotel apartment with a real kitchen ready for living. Large terraces for outdoor living provide you an extra dimension to profit from eight-months of temperate climate in Beirut. Separate bedrooms for the children with study desks are homelike. If you are a workaholic or you cannot live without the Internet, we have provided dual lines in each apartment enabling you to receive and make phone calls while checking your emails or browsing the web for hours.

At the coffee shop or the cocktail lounge, your reception area is multiplied by twenty. You may invite your friends for a drink, or enjoy reading a fashion or business magazine, while listening to soft music. For a dinner, several famous Lebanese restaurants are at a walking distance from the Garden Tower, as so many other facilities such as the “La Marina” Yacht Club, City Mall, ABC Mall, superstores, health clubs and shopping areas.

You may chose from three different types of apartments with full hotel service:

1. One bedroom apartment of 65 square meters, composed of a bedroom with king bed, bathroom with shower stall, adjoining a separate spacious living room with a large balcony and kitchen.

2. Two-Bedroom apartment of 80 square meters, composed of two separate bedrooms, one with king bed and the second with twin beds, a bathroom, adjoining a spacious living room with a large balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. 

3. Three-Bedroom apartment of 100 square meters, composed of a master bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, two additional bedrooms with single bed, a second bathroom, a spacious living room with dining corner and balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
